My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean and gorgeous, providing a comfortable and quiet environment. The service was outstanding, with the staff being more than friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, being very close to the Rosemont Theater and great shopping. However, the first impression of the location was a little disappointing due to it being uninviting. The dining experience was warm, good, and had lots of choices, even for vegetarians.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite not getting the top floor as requested, having a corner room turned out to be even better. The service was fine, and the staff were friendly, prompt, and helpful. The location, right next to the airport, was very convenient for my needs. The dining experience was amazing in the morning with a great selection of fresh food. However, the soap dishes and tub needed attention for improvement.
